EFT is a form of energy psychology, based on the meridian system as used by Chinese for thousands of years. It is used by tapping in several different meridian points of the body with the finger tips. And it has been described as the psychological acupuncture but without using the needles. Instead, we tune into the problem/ issue while we stimulate the meridian points by tapping on them.

How does it work?
EFT is a powerful and effective form of emotional healing. It is based on the discovery that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. The use of EFT helps to release negative emotions as well as physical discomfort including fear, sadness, worries, stress, migraines, fatigue and much more. It can relieve the affects of, for example, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) phobias, grief, anger, guilt and anxiety. It is also capable of dramatically relieving many physical symptoms such as pain, aches and allergies.
Sessions price: £80 for 1 hour, £95 for 90 minutes and £120 for 2 hours.
